We loved the hotel's location right on the slopes and the friendly staff who spoke English. The facilities and cleanliness were great too.

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. We were able to step right out of the hotel and onto the slopes, which made skiing so much more convenient. the hotel offered some great extra activities that we took advantage of, like the free salsa lessons. We also really enjoyed the adjacent thermal springs which were a nice bonus.

While some dishes were good, overall we found the food to be just okay. We also had a bit of difficulty communicating with the staff as not all of them spoke English very well.

This hotel offers the best location for skiing enthusiasts with direct access to the slopes and ski shop. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with WiFi available throughout the hotel. the staff is friendly and helpful, while the breakfast is delicious with a range of options to choose from. the hotel also offers a number of extra activities to keep guests entertained, as well as discounted lift tickets.

The hotel management could improve on small details to match the price charged.

The view from the hotel was stunning, with breathtaking landscapes. the location was key, very close to the slopes, which made it easy to get to ski classes and rentals. the hot springs were a nice bonus and helped me relax after a long day skiing.

The service was abysmal and the staff seemed uninterested in helping us. There was very little information about the resort, activities, and services, and no map provided at check-in.
